Paragraph 7 Agendas for meetings

The Co-Chairs will draw up a provisional agenda for each meeting.

The Provisional Agenda will be set no later than fifteen days before the beginning of the meeting.

The final agenda will be adopted by the Joint Committee at the beginning of each meeting. Items other than those on the provisional agenda may be placed on the agenda if the Parties so decide.

The Co-Chairs may decide to shorten the time limits referred to in paragraph 2 where required.
